LogistiCenter℠ at West Sacramento is a two-building development within the Southport Industrial Park. Deacon completed the ground-up construction of these two state-of-the-art Class A industrial buildings including:

• Building 1, totaling 99,287 sf (divisible to 49,643 sf), features 32-ft clear height, 25 dock-high and 2 drive-in doors, 11 trailer and 70 car parking stalls, and ESFR sprinkler system.
• Building 2, totaling 267,053 sf (divisible to 133,526 sf), features 36-ft clear height, 50 dock-high and 2 drive-in doors, 40 trailer and 176 car parking stalls, and ESFR sprinkler system.

Deacon also completed 23 acres of site work for this project, which sits on one of the last remaining parcels available in West Sacramento for heavy industrial and manufacturing.
